The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 222(FIN) "An Act relating to landlords and tenants and to the applicability of the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, to termination of tenancies and recovery of rental premises, to tenant responsibilities, and to the civil remedies of forcible entry and detainer and nuisance abatement; and amending Rule 62(a) of the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 24(a) of the Alaska District Court Rules of Civil Procedure." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 222(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the court rule changes. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 222(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
